Meet
A service desk run by autonomous agents that answer, take action and improve on their own 24/7.
The world is moving into the AI era. Why not move with it?
The shirt arrived in the wrong color

A chatbot answers.
A team of agents handles it.
In 2022 a service bot followed a script: buttons, keywords and a fixed line for anything unplanned. In 2026 agents understand the request, read your business knowledge, act in the systems you've connected, and know when to stop and hand it to you.
I ordered a black shirt in size M and it arrived burgundy. Can I exchange it?
Sorry, I didn't understand. Please choose an option:

The customer waits. Someone on the team will have to read, check and answer from scratch.
- Recognized an exchange request · wrong color
- Read the returns policy · §3.1
- Checked the order in the connected system
Sorry about the mix-up, Maya. Under our exchange policy you can swap it for a black shirt in size M at no cost. I've prepared the exchange and it's waiting for the team's approval. I'll update you here as soon as it's approved.
The exchange is waiting for your approval. The customer already knows what's happening.
This is how it all
starts working.
Your website becomes knowledge. Knowledge becomes an agent.
Requests flow in — and the decisions that matter come to you.
We couldn't play it here. You can open the film from the download link.
The process in words
The sample clothing shop “Hut Shani” signs up for a 30-day free trial and enters its website address. The wizard scans the site and suggests business information, documents and policies to review and approve. From that knowledge an agent is built, with its role and the limits of its authority. WhatsApp, web chat and Telegram are connected as instant channels; email stays supervised, with approval before sending. As instant requests start coming in, the agent handles what's within its authority and hands exceptions and requests for intervention to a person. The data in the film is made up for illustration.
State-of-the-art models.
Connected to your work.
POPRIX brings together models for language, voice and decision-making in one service flow. Each engine has a role — and you get a desk that works as one.
Gemini produces spoken replies with a voice and personality chosen for the business or the agent — from warm service to patient explanation.
The team you build.
The limits you set.
Describe the agent you need and get a draft name, role and personality. Review it, set authority and budget, and add it to a team that routes requests between agents autonomously, by expertise and authority, keeping the conversation's context.
Every request finds its specialist.
The system recognizes what a request is about and routes it to the right agent. When more expertise is needed, agents hand the case over with the conversation's context. Exceptions and decisions outside their authority go to a person.

More than an answer.
A whole system behind it.
Your systems are already there.
Now your team has access too.
Connect your business tools from Composio's catalog of more than 1,000 systems. Each agent gets access to the connections and actions you assign it, to pull information and move the case forward from inside the conversation.

Pick a system and approve the connection.
Decide who can use each connection.
Actions follow the authority and approvals you've set.
Customers choose where.
You decide how.
Instant conversation or supervised replies — each channel gets the way of working that suits it, with your business knowledge and limits.
Agents reply right in the conversation, within the knowledge and authority you've set. When a human decision is needed, the case goes to your team.
The agent reads the request and prepares a draft. You review, edit and approve the reply before it reaches the customer.

With a team that knows how to use it.
You don't need to rewrite your business.

Work goes back

Less sorting, searching and drafting.
More time for the requests that need you.
Each has its strengths.

Good questions.
Clear answers.
The team works with your knowledge and your limits.
You stay at the decision points.
How do I start the 30-day trial?
Sign up on the product site, enter your website address and follow the setup wizard. Review the knowledge it gathers, set up your agents and their permissions, and connect your service channels.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
Businesses that get recurring service requests and have knowledge or policies to rely on: retail, services, support and software companies. Your agents' roles and permissions are shaped around the way you work.
Which documents do I need to prepare?
You can start from your website and the documents you already have: FAQs, shipping, returns, warranty or service policies. The wizard helps gather the knowledge; you review and approve it before it's used.
Who decides which agent handles a request?
Routing is autonomous. The system recognizes what the request is about and sends it to the agent whose role and authority fit. When different expertise is needed, the case can move between agents with the conversation's context. Exceptions, or anything that needs a human decision, go to a person.
Do the agents answer by voice or in text?
Both. Agents can reply in text and in voice messages, depending on the channel and your settings. You can pick a voice and a personality for each agent. Real-time voice calls are on the roadmap and coming soon; they aren't available yet.
How is email different from the instant channels?
WhatsApp, web chat and Telegram are for immediate replies within the knowledge and authority you've set. Email is a supervised channel: the agent prepares a draft, and you review, edit and approve it before it's sent.
What happens when an agent doesn't know, or doesn't have the authority?
The request goes to the right specialist or to a person, depending on the case. You can look at the context, check the sources, and edit or reject a draft before approving it.
How do I connect the systems I already use?
Through Composio: pick a system, connect the account and assign the connection to the relevant agents. Which actions are available depends on the connector, the account and its permissions. Connecting a system doesn't give every agent access automatically.
What can I ask the desk?
Questions about your requests and your business knowledge: what caused handoffs to a person, which topics keep coming back and where there are signs of frustration. Answers draw on your desk's data and point to the sources. This conversation reads information; it doesn't change it.
Does the system change the knowledge on its own?
No. It suggests missing categories and draft knowledge articles based on requests. You review, complete, edit and approve them. You can also reject a suggestion.
Can each agent have its own voice and personality?
Yes. You can choose a voice for the business and set a different voice and style for a specific agent. Pick a ready-made personality or describe the speaking style you want. Incoming voice messages can be transcribed and answered by voice.
How do I control spending and autonomy?
You can track spending for the whole desk and per agent, and set a daily budget and a level of autonomy. When a budget runs out, the case can be handed to a person. Creating an agent from a description doesn't grant it permissions automatically.
Can I run the desk from my phone?
Yes. There's a mobile-friendly interface for requests and approvals, and you can add the desk to your home screen. It's a web app and needs an internet connection.
Is the demo on this site connected to the product?
The demo uses made-up data and prepared answers to show how the work flows. It doesn't send messages or change real knowledge. To work with your own business, start your 30-day free trial on the product site.
